As Co-Founder, he leads the studio's work on automation and AI-driven systems: replacing manual handoffs with durable, auditable processes and building the tooling that keeps inventory, orders, and customer data honest across platforms.
He's driven by a simple standard—automation should be reliable enough that a team forgets it's there, and observable enough that when something breaks, it's obvious why.
