They comment on your post
“How much?”, “Do you have it in medium?”, “Link please.” Any time of day.
Step 2
A reply shows up under their comment
Everyone scrolling sees you answered. You can write a few versions and one is picked at random, so it never looks copy-pasted.

They get a DM with the answer
The price, the sizes in stock and a Buy button, taken from your Shopify products. Or your guide, your link or your discount code.
Step 4
The follow-up goes out
Instagram only allows more messages after the person replies, so the first DM asks a small question and the follow-up carries the link.

Who got a DM, who replied, which post they came from, and who asked something only a human should answer.

What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?
