AI web application development
Production web applications with AI at the core: apps that read documents, write drafts, make decisions and run on a schedule, built with the logging and fallbacks real users need.
This is for you if
- You have a workflow that AI could do, if it were built into a real product.
- You've built a prototype with an AI API and need it production-ready.
- You want AI features inside an existing web app.
The problems we solve. And how we approach them.
Demos that break in production
A prompt that works in a demo fails on messy real data. Production needs parsing, validation, retries and fallbacks.
AI without your data
Generic model answers aren't useful. The value comes from connecting the model to your documents, catalog or customer history.
Costs and limits
Rate limits, quotas and token costs need to be designed for, or the app slows down or gets expensive as usage grows.
What's included. Scoped and agreed in writing before we start.
Product
- Discovery: what the AI should do, and where a human stays in the loop
- Data model, APIs and admin tools
- Web app front end and user accounts
AI engineering
- Model selection across OpenAI, Claude and Google Gemini
- Retrieval from your own data with vector search (e.g. Pinecone)
- Defensive output parsing, validation and fallbacks
- Queues, rate-limit handling and cost controls
- Logging and audit trails for every AI action

Built for messy inputs
In SeamlessApply, model replies are parsed as JSON first, then by pattern, then field by field, so one bad reply never breaks the flow.
Grounded in real context
Easy Logistics' follow-ups are drafted from each contact's actual email history. JAM's assistant retrieves the merchant's best past ads before it answers.
Humans where it matters
We design review steps where mistakes are costly, and full automation where they're not.
Work like this, built by us. Running in production.

What you can count on
The code is yours
When the project is complete and paid for, we transfer full ownership of the code to you. Under the NDA we sign, we never reuse it for ourselves or for another client.
Scope and milestones agreed in writing
Before work starts, you approve a written quote with milestones. You pay per milestone, after it's delivered. Anything outside the agreed scope is discussed and quoted before we do it.
A reply within 1–2 business days
Send the quote form and you'll hear back from our CTO within one to two business days.
Updates on your schedule
Daily, weekly or at each milestone: you choose how often you hear from us, and we stick to it.
Questions
Something else? Ask us directly.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
There's no fixed price list. We scope the work first, then send a written quote with milestones and a timeline. You approve it before anything starts and pay per milestone as each one is delivered.
Which AI models do you work with?
OpenAI, Claude and Google Gemini, chosen per task. We often design apps so the model can be swapped later.
Can you add AI to our existing app?
Yes. We can add AI features to an existing product, as long as we can work with its code and data.
How do you keep AI output reliable?
Structured outputs, validation, retries, fallbacks and logging, plus human review for high-stakes steps.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the project is complete and paid for, we transfer full ownership of the code. The NDA we sign means we never reuse it for ourselves or another client.
